I ordered carpet cleaning and wood floor cleaning and buffing in preparation for my home going on the market. I was guaranteed my wood floors would be steam cleaned to remove the dirt. The carpets came out okay but I still don't know how your "wonder" cleaning method is different from others I've used in the past. I never received a confirmation call as was stated in your e-mail. However, the most disappointing was the condition of my wood floors. Not only was the dirt still there, but there were also a few old water spots which could have easily been removed if the process I was promised was performed. Instead, I paid for wood floors that were NOT clean and I ended up spending an additional 6 hours hand scrubbing the floors in time for my first open house. When I contacted the sales associate, Eric, about my displeasure, he did not get back to me in a timely manner (saying he had the wrong phone #). I asked for a specific day to redo the floors and again, there was no confirmation until AFTER the day requested and then I was told he misunderstood I needed the floor redone for the open house. I know all about "red pad" floor cleaning as I was in the business and we provided top-of-the-line service to all of our clients which included immediate solutions to any issues a client may have. Our red pad service removed dirt, etc., and left a high sheen on the floors.

The carpet cleaning made my carpets bright. The tile/grout cleaning was awesome! Looks like brand new tile just out of the box. Exceeded my expectations! And Sal is so nice to work with. He is sweet and extremely thorough and such a hard worker! You can tell he takes pride in his work. We will definitely contact you for our next scheduled cleaning and will request Sal. I have already made a recommendation to friends commending Zerorez.

The prices are a little high, but the quality of the work needs to be taken into consideration.
