The technician was extremely nice. We have some spots coming back up in our living room and boy's room but our carpets are 9 years old and have heavy travel so maybe that is to be expected. I don't know. We thought the drying time was a huge plus. Very fast.

The gentleman who cleaned was very polite,efficient and honest. My carpets and bathroom tile floor look great. My sofa was left with some water stains. To be fair, it is an old sofa with 100% cotton fabric. It was pointed out to me that some older dirt stains wouldn't come out, which made sense. But it would have helped to know about the likelihood of water stains.
Zerorez was able to get carpets and couches clean without removing them. The particular tech (Dennis) was very capable, did not cut corners, and was a "normal" nice guy - not creepy - which is important when you invite a stranger into your home.
No chemicals and stairs cleaned up great, thank you!

The worst carpet cleaner company I have ever used to put it mildly! I was also given a quote over the phone to glean my area rug which I was told $80.00 dollars plus $15.00 dollars for the trip to my residence which I've never heard of a company doing that but but I figured my daughter recommend to me I think anything about it! I was never told by the rep I spoke with that I was going to be charge to move the furniture either! In fact she told me it was included in the total price! I'd payed $172.00 dollars to have my area rug cleaned! I woould not had cared if my area rug would of been spotless but it still looks as bad as it was before it was cleaned! Needless to say, I will never use your company nor recommend to anyone! I will also put this review on Yelp so people stop getting rip off like I did!
