Zerorez offers so many types of services. We have had our carpets cleaned, our sofa, and now our A/C vents. Daniel was very efficient, kind, and courteous. He set up, put drop coverings down on the floor, got it done in five of our vents, and cleaned up any debris that was on the floor. I love that kind of service. I recommend Zerorez anytime anyone asks me for a cleaning service. Great job guys!!!!

My stairs do not look any better and the traffic area from the stairs to the master bedroom is not much better. I would like those areas to be done again. On the other hand the service technician wa on time and very respectful and professional.

I like that there is no soap to leave residue.

Try to improve carpet Drying time (to much wettness). Most of the other services I've used dry a little faster. Most people I know, don't want this much moisture left in the carpet. Is there any way you can suck up more of the water out of the carpet? I do love the way my carpet is so well cleaned.

I was disappointed because I wanted to have several rooms and furniture pieces cleaned for a much better rate than I was presented with. Because I am a returning customer I should have been offered a better rate based on the amount of rooms/furniture pieces I wanted to have cleaned. To make it right, IF I choose to use your services again I expect a much better rate.

It was very easy to make an appointment and great service!

The carpet cleaning went very well, but the grout around the ceramic tile that was cleaned did not get cleaned very well. The technician indicated he thought it was "stained" by years of use, but when I get out my trusty toothbrush and scrub it a little, it comes clean; and getting down on my hands and knees to scrub was what I was trying to avoid. I cannot recommend your hard surface cleaning.
