Robert does a great job for us. He's been out here alot.. But for some reason the entry
way to our home is worse than it was.. There was a spot that he worked on but now it is alot
bigger... Can we have someone come out and fix it..

My rug is clean, no spots and feels soft

The fact that there are no chemicals in your cleaning products to affect my allergies. The touch-up powder and spray bottle are perfect to clean up spots left after a spill, as well as the Zero-stink to freshen the clean up spots. I have 2 dogs who occasionally throw up and a senior mother who spills so after using the diluted powder spray and zero-stink they area cleans up nicely.
Your techs a wonderful. They are courteous and hardworking. They leave my carpets looking new. I used your service on my older carpets and was amazed how new like they were left that I had my brother do his carpets as well. I eventually replaced my old carpeting and also have Zerorez clean my new carpet. I won't let any other company touch my carpet since Zerorez does a superior cleaning which lasts longer than the other guys. I love, love, love Zerorez

Efficient, good personell

Efficient. Cleancut and nice technicians. Thorough.

The technician, Brett, was very professional. However, the carpet downstairs needs to be redone. The traffic areas are still showing dirt. I used Zerorez spot cleaner on a 1x1 foot and my white towel shows dirt. The carpet was cleaned on Friday, 7/11. I called and left voice messages and also emailed this morning to see if a technician could come out today, Saturday 7/12 to correct the problem. I really wanted it corrected today as we were having a dinner party tomorrow and needed to put the rooms back together. We were very diligent about removing furniture, speakers, lamps, vases, and all objects to help with the cleaning. We do not have the extra time to put the rooms back together and clear it out again, so we are cancelling the dinner party. We would like to have our problem remedied as soon as possible. It was very disappointing that we were not contacted to schedule an appointment or to tell us that coming out today could not be done.

Our carpet is very old and looks better than it has in years since Zerorez cleaned it. It brought out much of the old color that it had lost. All of the satins and spots that have never been removed by other cleaners are gone. Michael, our cleaning person was very nice and efficient and cleaned it in a very timeley manner. Carpet stay cleaner for longer than when we have used other companies.
Technicians are super polite and efficient

After the sofa and carpet dried, we noticed a few spots that had been missed. Most of the experience was good, but we did request that ALL of our floors be cleaned (including wood floors) only to discover that the equipment to clean them was not with the technician when he arrived. My husband was disappointed that the fee quoted for all of our floors (including the wood) was the same to clean just the carpet and the sofa. He felt that we were misled.

I want to think the alkaline water treatment is superior to competitive companies.
The service was very good.
Overall, I likely will contact the company for my next carpet cleaning.
