Our technician Eduardo did an excellent job. He put up corner guards and put down a moving blanket to ensure our baseboards and hardwood floors were not damaged. Our carpets came out great! He asked us to check his work which I really appreciated. Great experience and we will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you.
I have used Zerorez for many years, and everything you say about it is true. It cleans
wonderfully and stays clean for a long time. Brett came this time, and he was great - very orderly, fast, very nice and he did a great job. He was enthusiastic about getting it done well and caring if we were happy. Couldn't have been better.
There is no soap and it does dry fairly quickly. There was one issue - my app't was scheduled for between 1 and 3 and Robert did not show up until almost 4. He did call at 2:15 and told me he was just finishing up and should be there by 3 but as I said he did not show up until 4. He did do one thing that has never been done before even by your reps is said he tried very hard to get the dirt wedged in the side of the carpets and explained by it always looked so dirty. One other item is I felt he tried to upsell me and wanted me to add some protectorant at $15 an are. I am retired and on a fixed income and wasn't expecting an extra charge. No one ever told me when I made the appointment there was a possibility of extra charges. I found that annoying.
Service. And the fact that there's no soap residue.
