Your service man was very good. He was detail orientated and took extra time and effort to move items and cover as much floor area as possible. Overall, I was extremely happy with the job that was done. My hardwood floor and carpets look as good as they have since first installed.
HOW FAST IT WAS DONE, SO CLEAN AFTER DONE (AND CARPETS WERE SO DIRTY AND DRIED SO FAST.i WAS SO PROUD OF MY CARPETS LOOKING SO GREAT. i WAS HAVING A CHILDEN'S PARTY OUTSIDE BUT WHEN PEOPLE WALKED IN THEY COMPLIMENTED ON THE BEAUTIFUL COLOR OF HE CARPET (LIGH BEIGE) AND HOW CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL CONSIDERING THE COLOR. Effectiveness
Our technician, Daniel, was very efficient. He worked very hard, stopped to show me certain issues regarding the carpet in one room. I was impressed in how careful he was in our home, not leaving water behind on the floors, using corner guards, etc.
Our carpets look great now - couldn't be happier. I will use Zerorez again and highly recommend them to our friends.

The product is odorless and without chemicals.Robert was knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 3 other times. Rashad did s far superior job than any of the other technicians. He was thorough, polite and efficient.
In den the area behind the door was not cleaned.( area between door and wall)
When technician cleaned my spiral staircase, water mist sprayed the area below.. He said he had only one mat to cover below and I asked why he did not ask me for something as I had spoken about my concern for my wood floors below stair. He said he would wipe up area.
I asked in the beginning if he could clean my dining room area rug first, since it had to be taken out to garage and I would have to put it and the dining table back myself if there was not enough time for it to dry. He said he had to start at back of house first, so it ended up being one of the last things to be done, and of course it was not dry enough for him to help me move it back. I am a senior citizen and live by myself and I had to ask in a neighbor to help me the next day.
The rugs did look good after cleaning although a couple of spots showed up when it dried, but I am happy that no chemicals were used.
The last item is that he did not know that I was a Angie's list customer and I had to show him the special.
I would like the one area behind the door cleaned as I paid a good amount of money for it all to be done.

The representative was very nice. Good work, i'm veryhappy with the results. I do feel like i paid toomuch for the couch though. I paid 350 for thecouch, and less than 200 for the carpet. 25/linear foot is too much. I'd use you guys for carpet again, but definitely not for upholstery.
