carpet looks good and Larry was particularly nice
The carpets seem to stay cleaner much longer and the employees are very nice.
Gil was on time to arrive and to complete the cleaning.

Have written invoice available upon arrival. Arrive at scheduled time. Although we were called and asked if we could accommodate the cleaning two hours early, this was inconvenient for our schedule. Past carpet cleaners have vacuumed first. The carpet was cleaned well, and Brett was courteous and thorough. Brett deserves a 10.
Well, there was a part in my carpet that had a hard stain and my kids told me is was juice but it might have been glue and you guys were able to take most of it out. With a little more attention to it all of it would have come out. Overall the carpet looks good.

Technician was not aware that one rug was upstairs partially covered by the master bed and the downstairs rug was over wood floors. When I made the appointment I told the person about the bed and hardwood floors. I was informed that they would lay a tarp under the rug to prevent damage to the wood floor. The technician did not bring a tarp and said that he was never informed
It leaves no residu and ceratinly does the job.
Robert did a great job will have him the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

The process of scheduling was frustrating and time consuming. I had to call back because the first person I spoke with was so unprepared. You may have the best service in the world, but few people that I know will have a chance to experience it. Who wants to put up with the hassle of trying to deal with a scheduler who has inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete information?

The young man who cleaned my carpets was very polite and took the time to explain how the carpets were cleaned. He did not rush the job and made sure he got all the bad spot in the carpet.

Service was complete and staff member Dennis was polite and friendly. He had a huge home to clean before mine so unfortunately was unable to show up between my scheduled time of 3-5 pm. But I give him credit for still following through when he did arrive @ 7:30 pm.
This was an inconvenience for my family but I did not fault Dennis, he was professional and courteous. Perhaps those scheduling the appointments need to do a better job. (I took the afternoon off from work just for the appointment)
