Services were on time, technician was very polite, extremely professional in dress, appearance, and work ethics. We were very pleased with the attention to two areas of our carpeting that needed a re-working. Everything turned out beautiful.

You came a little over two weeks ago to attempt to remove several areas of human blood and cat urine from a small area of carpet. I was not at all pleased with the results, since the stains were still there after the carpet dried. You graciously agreed to return to try again. Yesterday your tech, Michael, did a really thorough job of pre-treating all the stains and spent a long time ensuring that the area was as clean as possible. It looks wonderful now, just as if nothing had happened!

I like that your product does not include soap. Also, your technician, Sal Alvarez, was very professional, efficient, and informative with suggestions how to keep my carpets clean.

Vacuum carpets before cleaning. For the price, this should be included.

Brian was outstanding!! He did a beautiful job. Everything looks SO Much Better. I am requesting another appt with Zerorez for my couch to be cleaned and treated. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my hardwood floors cleaned, or so I thought, on Monday September 22nd. They were only spot cleaned and then buffed. While they looked nice right after the buffing I was very disappointed to realize they were not actually cleaned. They are a dark brown so they do not show the "dirt" but what I had expected was to have them cleaned. I found out they were still very dirty when I wiped up a spill and found dirt on the cloth. I then got down on the floor and used a Bona wood cleaner on the floor and when I wiped it off the cloth was very dirty. Maybe I expected more than was delivered but I will not be using this service again because the main purpose was to actually clean my wood floor and that is not what I got.

I am ready to scrap my 12-year old carpet until I get it cleaned by Zerorez and it looks like new. It stays clean much longer than when I used other cleaning companies. The techs are polite, friendly, and professional.

I was pleased with the service, making the appointment and the technician was absolutely fantastic.
I think the only thing that could improve would be the price. I would start using you every 6 months but because of the price I can only afford once a year.
