I like the idea that the carpet is cleaned without toxins. The safety of babies that crawl and dogs/cats are safe this is worry free cleaning.

What could we do to improve?

My carpets really look great -- no residue or chemicals. However, I had to have a call back after the initial cleaning as the rep left dirt streaks in a couple of places and missed one or two areas as tho he had lost his place. The call back was scheduled as soon as possible and my carpets are truly clean. A pain in the pa-toot to have a call back and have to once again remove things from the room, but would use ZeroRez again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hi Evan,

Please contact me ASAP regarding our most recent clean. Our $5,000 each king mattresses are still damp and in addition to the dampness, they are sticky. I was told they would be dry by the end of the day.. and that was yesterday .
I am very upset as this is $10k in damage to our mattresses. I want a full refund and will be seeking compensation as we will need to purchase new mattresses .

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet was in horrible shape; grimy and matted down with dirt because it was probably never vacuumed prior my tenancy. Zerorez did an excellent job at cleaning it, now I can walk barefoot on it without being grossed out. They were quick and thorough and their tech was very professional yet friendly and explained the process in detail.

I have never been more pleased with a carpet cleaning service! The technician was friendly and professional and did an OUTSTANDING job! My carpet was beyond filthy and I had little faith that it could be brought back. I am beyond amazed how clean it is now, it looks brand new. Zerorez products are amazing. You have another customer for life.

Professional, courteous. Took great care to make sure my hardwood floors and all wall corners wouldn't get a scratch! Even supplied little booties so our feet and shoes wouldn't get damp afterwards :)
