The price we paid was not the price quoted on the phone. This has never happened before. The man would not leave until he got the money. He did more than we had said and we paed for the extra gladly. I do not expect we will can Zerorez after years of doing so unless I am sure this was not a change in company policy.

The process really works. Recently I had blood and urine stains that were 2 weeks old and the technician successfully removed them from our carpet. The carpet dries quickly and, as promised, no residue. Every technician who has worked in my home has been pleasant, professional, competent and accommodating. I have been a Zerorez client for at least 3 years...maybe more, and I have never been disappointed.

Our carpet was cleaned very thoroughly and there was very little "dry time" needed after the service was completed. We are VERY happy with the tile and grout that were cleaned in our kitchen. It looks brand new! This was our first time using Zerorez and we will now be repeat customers!

My Technician Sal did an absolute wonderful job making my carpets look brand new. He took the time to do the job right the first time. He was even able to get out paint spots that have been in my carpet since I moved into my house! I have always had a good experience but this time definitely made me a lifetime customer.
Dennis was just wonderful and he knows his business of cleaning. I'm happy with my clean sofa and chair as well as the carpet. Everything is so clean looking and smells great.
