Our tech Daniel was prompt, courteous and very professional. He did an excellent job with our carpet and I couldn't be happier with the results.
My 2 year old is sensitive to detergents and chemicals, so your cleaning technology was exactly what we needed. The level of clean far surpassed our expectations and I've already recommended Zerorez to family and neighbors.

Livingston, your service professional, provided WOW service!! He called right at 1:00 to say he's running late and would be here on the 3:00 to 3:30 side. And once here he got straight to work and completed the job in a very professional and timely manner. And he gave me the credit for making sure everything was out of the way. I like the way almost all spots come out of our carpet and no residue is left to collect dirt. Robert Keith is very professional and really knows what he is doing, I couldn't ask for better service than he gives us.

My brother in law from wisconsin is in the cleaning and cleaning products business and suggested Zerorez to my husband....Because there should be no residue. The young man that came out seemed very intent on doing great job. Very conscientious and was very prompt. My husband thinks the carpet feels a little stiff..Not sure why that would be.

Keep a tighter schedule. We were scheduled between 1 and 3, he arrived at 3:40.
Lawrence was very helpful and courteous. He was also very careful not to damage walls or furniture, which has happened in the past with other carpet cleaning services. I also liked that there are no soaps used, which leaves no residue. The carpet not only looked clean; but, felt clean because of no residue.
