Every time my carpets are cleaned the stains never reappear and the carpet feel very clean.

When I booked I had to argue with the telephone person regarding who we had last time. We had a man named Keith - he was excellent. We requested him again and she told me the man was not Keith but an Asian person named ?. I reassured her it was not. So I requested Keith. Who appeared? An African American person who we had never seen before.
He did an OK job but was not planning to remove night stands etc even though we had emptied them so they were very light weight.
I am reluctant to use you again unless we get whom we ask for.

They really work. There are no chemicals and my rugs are clean. Also… I had horrible red wine stains on two of my light colored dining chairs. I had tried to get these out using all kinds of products that said they removed red wine stains and nothing worked. The wine stains had been on the chairs for at least three years and I was getting ready to have them reupholstered. The Zerorez technician happened to notice the chairs and told me he could remove the stains. I told him they wouldn't come out. A couple of minutes later, the stains were gone. I am really impressed! I really wish I had taken a photo beforehand. One of these wine stains covered the whole seat.
Your technicians don't give up with removing spots and stains. They are polite and communicate very well.
Zerorez uses their own equipment. The carpets are damp but not soaking wet. There is not moldy smell afterwards.
Spots are removed. They do reappear eventually though, but that can't be helped.
I like that there are no toxic chemicals used in the cleaning....and Keith was super nice, on time - just generally seemed to like what he does and did a great job. Thanks!
