What could we do to improve?

It is a maybe. The truck broke down and the last area rug was not done. It was taken with the promise I would get it back the next dat by ten. At four I had to call and find out where my rug was. I did not get it back until the following day. It was wrapped in plastic and still damp. I had to open it up and put in our garage for at least another twelve hours to dry. One large edge spot still visible.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service was good but the price was outrageous,I am still in shock over the cost. Way too expensive !!!

The technician did a great job of cleaning and a great job of explaining about the characteristics of our carpet.

It cleaned well. However from the many times I have had others carpets cleaned. The times he used the machine went over the carpet wasn't enough and made me feel if some amount of pressure with two or three more swipes would have resulted in the carpet being much cleaner. I still will recommend your product used was real good. I am hoping it stays cleaner somewhat longer than the other companies products did. As time passes we will see if yours doesn't attract the dirt as fast.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very satisfied with the cleaning of the carpet and the technician who did it. My only concern is that I did not know there was an extra $15 trip charge. Other then that, I am very happy with the the outcome.

Great job cleaning our carpet. Dennis Smith was the man that came out and did the work. He was terrific! We'll ask for him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. I've already recommended him to two friends that need their carpets cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You're just too far from us. But something you can fix for future clients - there was still a big stain on my rug when it came back. That was disappointing.
