If you have a time window make sure it's an accurate window. I was to receive your service between 8 A.M. and 10 A.M. I received a call that your provider was on his way at 8 A.M. and would arrive @9 A.M. Why bother to include 8 A.M. as part of the window? This is not the first time this occurred.

The technician arrived as scheduled, answered all questions prior to beginning service, was courteous, did a good job. The only "complaint" would be that I had requested a specific technician and was surprised that someone else came out. Although the tech who came out did a good job, I think it would be nice to let the customer know ahead of time if their requested technician is not available.

First of all (and most important), your cleaning method is safe and non-toxic. Those I talked to on the phone were friendly and very helpful. Larry Sanders, who cleaned my carpeting, was informative and very professional. He gave me some good advice about carpets and keeping them clean. I was impressed that he used corner protectors for the walls and that he provided me with booties to wear. I was amazed that the spots, stains, and grease spatters on the dining room carpet came out beautifully! Your service cost twice as much as other services, but hopefully my carpets are twice as clean and will stay clean twice as long. Thank you very much!

Normally, after a carpet cleaning, I can smell the smell for days. I have even fought a headache. When my carpet was done, I couldn't smell ANYTHING. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to give names, so I won't. The gentleman who worked at my house was efficient, very nice, explained the procedure and aftercare for the carpet. As a matter of fact, he was EARLY to the appointment. I wasn't totally ready for him, so he helped me get ready. I highly recommend your products, services and employee.
