I can't tell the difference between zerorez and other company's that I have used. But your service tech made a very good impression on me. He didn't rush, he was on time even called to tell me he was a half hour away, and made sure I was happy with the job before he left.

Love your Customer Service! A call to remind me that the technician is on his way is very professional. My technician, Livingston, arrived on time and with a very friendly attitude. I like the fact he goes out of his way to be careful with furniture, my wood railings on the stairs, and the booties are a great touch! Your prices are very reasonable and the work is outstanding. The customer service tech was great and he worked very hard on the floors however, after they dried (bedroom only) it was still soiled and you could see it very clearly. This was the very reason we decided to have the rugs cleaned and so it is disappointing. Areas that did not get cleaned very well were entrence to the bedroom and both sides where you would get into bed. Name removed Phone number removed

Robert works hard to get out every spot. There is no residue that attracts the dirt to come back. It doesn't take forever to dry.

we were overcharged from what the estimate on the phone was by $31.Estimate was $229 we were charged $260. We have used your services before and were very satisfied but not this time. We requested just to move the couches but that would have an extra charge.
