No chemicals, no strong smells, quick. Carpet clean and crisp.
I need to speak to someone in your office to explain. I was not going to report badly. Didn't want the tech to lose job. Unless he was being lazy and in a hurry. He said he was on job a month
You use no soap so there is no residue so dirst isn't attracted and carpets get and stay cleaner!!!!! Plus your service guys are more professional than the other guys. =)

Technician is always so thorough. Carpet is clean but not sticky. Stains don't reappear after it dries. All around most awesome carpet cleaner ever.

Product does not leave a sticky residue on carpet as the other carpet cleaning companies have in the past. The carpet is considerably dryer than with other carpet cleaning companies we used in the past

Larry has personality plus. What a sharpie about Zerorez. My husband and I used to live on Dahlia, Orchid, and Dadfodill in Corona del Mar. We've lived on balboa island and in Newport heights and have always appreciated our 'new ' home after the services of Zerorez. (Years ago we talked with Jefd Christenson..? I think that is the owner's name? He convinced us about the worthiness of his product. We are still satisfied believers because we live with the long-lasting satisfyingly clean results! Many thanks to Larry this time around!

Gil , the service tech, was very professional. Also, I was amazed at how clean the carpets were. We were contemplating recarpeting butthgey now look like new!
