The management group that handles our house we are renting had just had the whole house cleaned including shampooing the carpet. Well the house stunk so bad like wet dogs, we found out from the neighbor that the previous renters had inside dogs. Well your technician came and cleaned the entire home including the tile floors and the soap residue and dog hair and everything else he took out of the carpets was amazing. The house no longer stinks and you can tell the carpet and floors are spotless. Bravo to ZEROREZ!!!
I was very pleased with almost everything, The technician showed up clean, and on time very informative with all my questions. He did a beautiful job and I am very happy with the results. He really worked very hard at trying to do a good job.
The one thing I was not to pleased with, was the ladies answering the phone they spoke so fast calling, to confirm my appointment I didn't understand them had to listen to my message before I called back to see who called me. I also didn't like how they answered my questions on price and details on the cleaning part. Other then that I'm glad I did choose you!!! the end results were fabulous.

Since this was our first time with your company, we asked a lot of questions of your technician. When he was done, the rug in the hall way did not look that clean. After a day or so, I vacummed it. It looked better. The spots came out. Now we wait to see how long it will take for them to come back. Very interesting procedure.
The technician was very professional. I love the fact you don't use sticky soap. I was disappointed the price was so much higher than last time.
We have always been very satisfied with how well our carpets were cleaned.
However, this time we had 2 large lounge chairs cleaned also and the piping on one of the chair arms was not completely cleaned. I waited to comment until I was sure the chair was dry and I could be certain the darkness wasn't just moisture.
