After the cleaning of the carpet it takes longer to soil than with other carpet cleaning services.
Yesterday's appointment needed to be rescheduled at great inconvenience to me because the equipment brought to the site was inadequate. This is the 2nd time you have serviced the address for us, and it is inconceivable to me that our account was not flagged properly.
When you came out last year, you failed to tell me about a $40 distance charge (or something) until the job was completed. You did make me right, but only by issuing a credit toward yesterday's job.

Thoroughness and passion about customer service
Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday @ 4:00pm. Took time off from work to be there and no one called or even showed up. Very dissapointed

the carpet dried very fast and there was no residue to worry about and the technician was terrific

i was a bit disappointed at the stains left in one part of the living room which are very noticeable. Also, the right side of the toilet in the master bathroom wasn't cleaned & behind the door next to the tub in the guest bathroom upstairs was not cleaned either.
