Our representative, Gil, was great and very honest but I'm disappointed more of the odor has not been removed from this process. I can still distinctly smell pet urine in our family room that I had hoped would have been minimized. Gil did not believe these stains were too penetrating and seemed to feel they were more superficial based on the odor he sensed during the cleaning. As you all did not offer any sort of special as your counterpart in San Diego ($99) I had hoped such a costly expense would improve our problem based on your product's reputation. I am unfortunately disappointed.

Uses only water to clean carpet instead of soap/detergents. Carpet dries quickly too!

You are not using soap or chemicals. It is green and hurting the environment. We have young grandchildren and we feel safe having them around the carpeting.

I love how you call to confirm appts and that the service man also calls to say he is on the way. This is helpful as I have 3 dogs and need time to get them out of the way.
Your service people are always considerate, friendly, clean & thorough.
Annually I have been having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for several years and always love the results. Now that I have 3 hounds I will call for cleaning every 6 months
