My one disappointment was the price for the exact same area was $299.00 that amount reflected my $35.00 coupon. When they were here 6 mos ago the price was $284.00 with no coupon. That's a pretty hefty jump in 6 mos time. $334 vs. $284 right?

I already recommended Zerorez to friends. The person spent a good amount of time 2 hours on my bedroom cleaning out the dirt. Also he didn't charge extra for hallway and walk in closet like the other cleaners did.
The carpeting was quite wet, I though the process would be dryer, too expensive.

We were pleased that your organization came back out to redo our carpets. We definitely saw a difference this time around when you redid our carpets. The carpets were damp or wet like last time. We are glad that your organization took the time this time around to redo our carpets. We would of hoped that is how it was done the first time around as we had our son's 3rd birthday party on that Saturday and had to move furniture that day. We are appreciative though that your organization did come out again, to redo yet we had to move our furniture again in order for this to be done correctly. We do realize that you are offering a $75 credit for our next cleaning & may consider redoing some of our staircase & hallway and another room in our home in the future. The only unfortunate & disappointment was having to move our furniture twice & the carpets not being cleaned for the birthday party (again, that is why we scheduled accordingly) :( Thank you again, Marion
