Larry was very thorough. We have saltio tile and it required striping, cleaning, and sealing. He walked is through the whole process. We are very greatful.

Zerorez does an awesome job.... my carpets look amazing! If only you offered zerorez dog booties .... my carpets would stay cleaner longer. No matter the dirt.... it always looks great and lasts a long time....ven with 3 dogs and an 11 year old boy in the family!

Carpet stains don't come back for the most part.this has not been the case with the other carpet cleaners I have used.

Rasheed is very careful with the walls doorways etc. He is personable and does quality work. There is no odor after service.

I am very satisfied with the technician you have representing your business. He did a wonderful job and took the time to explain about the areas in question and how to maintain in between cleanings. So far so good. The two bothersome spots in one of the bedrooms are gone and not returned in 2 days. We are very pleased with the care and competence of the service tech Robert Keith. This is the first professional cleaning since the carpets were installed 2-1/2 years ago. Great job!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Overall the tile and pergo floors look wonderful. We planned Zerorez to come out in a day that we would be gone with the kids. When we returned home the threshold dividing the pergo dining room and tile kitchen was broken and lifted from the floor. Now we will have to pay our contractor to fix it. Also we came home to a pile of trash in the back yard. I assume it was stuff that was under the couch as it was mostly crumbs, Cheerios, and a few toys. We didn't have time to clean under the couch and assumed he would just clean around it. The cleaner had our cell number. I just wish the cleaner would have called us to let us now that the threshold broke.
