What I like most about ZEROREZ® is their commitment to (5-Star) customer service, professionalism and workmanship. This is my 3rd time using ZEROREZ®, and it was my grandparents' 2nd. We will continue to refer family and friends to ZEROREZ®!

What do you like about our products and services?

Like the way the carpets feel when you are done. Not sticky and they stay cleaner longer.

Zal was our technician. Very thorough and very nice young man. Hopefully, he can come the next time we need Zerorez.

Our representative, Gil, was great and very honest but I'm disappointed more of the odor has not been removed from this process. I can still distinctly smell pet urine in our family room that I had hoped would have been minimized. Gil did not believe these stains were too penetrating and seemed to feel they were more superficial based on the odor he sensed during the cleaning. As you all did not offer any sort of special as your counterpart in San Diego ($99) I had hoped such a costly expense would improve our problem based on your product's reputation. I am unfortunately disappointed.
