The manner in which your technician, Brett, came out and did his job, he was responsive to our questions, did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets, knew his products and materials well, and was very customer service oriented. The product that we bought from him did an excellent job, because last night we discovered that our cat had vomitted, so I used the spot remover to clean up the spot on the carpet, and it did what is was supposed to do. The products used were o.k. and service from the gentleman that came to out to clean the carpet was professional. Walked me through every step on the way of what he was doing. Gave me great recommendations on how to keep the carpet clean. I would definately use Zerorez again.

I like the fact that you don't use soaps and chemicals during your cleaning process. Our carpets are 16 years old and before we found Zerorez, we'd be using companies that would put a "bandaid" on our carpets but they'd look soiled a few months later. We don't wear our shoes in the house so our carpets aren't terrible for Zerorez to make them look new.

After my carpet dried, there was a sticky film all over and although, most of that is gone by vacuuming many times, it is very stiff and hard. It seems like there is a lot of residue on the carpet and I have had my carpets cleaned several times.
I have used you for years. I like that the carpet feels so soft and clean. This time however, the walk way into the bedroom was not clean. When it dried it was abvious it needed to be gone over again. Also, most the carpet was super wet. It took 2 days to dry while running the air conditioner. There were also spots that the carpet was so dry I wondered it they had been gone over at all behind doors and so on.
Techs are polite and professional. The carpet stays clean longer than other services that I have tried in the past.

In this case, you went above and beyond the cal of duty. We have used your services and recommended them to friends for a number of years. This past week, we arrived at our San Clemente condo to find a leak through the ceiling from the second floor. Fortunately, we caught it at an early stage, but our area carpet under the leak was soaked and stained. We called your office and explained the situation. Eric cam out and picked our carpet up and returned it to your facility for cleaning and drying. Everything is back to normal now and we are not facing a very expensive carpet replacement. Your ability to respond to our urgent requirement was exceptional.
