We are very pleased with the outcome of our carpet and runner rugs. However, when I discussed pricing with the telephone rep she indicated that our area rugs are much harder to do and require a lot more work so, that is why your cost is so high. Because of that I only selected two of my runner rugs to be cleaned. I had to forego 4 of my rugs. When your worker did our runner rugs it took him ABSOLUTELY no time at all to clean them. So, this is the only thing that will prevent me from using you in the future.
On time, quick, and absolutely the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Our technician, Gil Rogers, is the best. My carpets haven't looked this good in years!

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning. The carpets looked great and the service technicians have always been very professional. I recently took advantage of your offer to clean floor tile and grout. Unfortunately, the results were not what I expected. The grout does look better, but not great; and when the floor dried, there were watermarks left on the tiles. The grout in the bathroom, on the other hand, does not look good at all. I will most likely use your service for carpet cleaning in the future, but I seriously doubt that I would use or recommend the tile/grout cleaning.

I have used Zerorez in my home in Long Beach Calif for many years, with mixed results. The cleaning process is fine, but on several occasions the technicians were careless and seemed in a hurry to be done with the job. My most recent experience with Rashad at my parent's home in Woodland Hills was excellent. It was Rashad which made the difference. He was efficient, thorough and very pleasant.

Product is excellent. I have almost white carpets on stairs, in hallway,4 bedrooms and living room. All areas get used a lot. My carpets look like new when Zerorez cleans them.
This time I had a couch that my twin grand-sons shot paint balls on it - yellow and green very bright colors. The material was a suede dark brown. I was concerned that it was ruined. It was a medical ! I know Zerorez is an awesome product, but you employee, Keith Almanza was an excellent worker. He worked on those spots and it was truly a miracle. The couch looks like brand new.
The cleaning was amazing. I saw it happen right before my eyes. And the man who did the work (sorry I don't remember his name) couldn't have been more professional or efficient and very nice, too.

carpets are clean!
Brett was very courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the amount I was charged for cleaning the floor. After he was done, i looked at the area which he measured as over 300 sq feet but it does not appear he subtracted for the areas he did not do like where there was an island or a narrow hallway. I feel the charge should have been less. Also, i could not tell the tile was sealed. Maybe it was and i dont know what to look for but it didnt look any different.
The attendant was very thorough. I like that he took the time to go over individual problem areas of the carpet. He did not rush or do a sloppy job so I would definitely recommend and would like the same person to come out for a future cleaning.
I love the hard effort of work displayed by all your employees and the end results show!
