We like the professionalism of your employee Michael. He called to say he was on his way in would be at our home in 30 minutes. He took care of moving the furniture and rugs outside clean them beautifully.we love the process. Our sofa looks like new

The communication Zerorez has with their customers is top notch. I was confirmed by e-mail immediately after my call to scheduled carpet cleaning. I was assured as to the time the technician would arrive and I felt confident that I could depend on this appointment. The day of the appointment came and Gil Rogers, our technician, was across the street completing the work scheduled for my neighbor as I was the second appointment for Gil. He came over with a smile on his face, introduced himself, surveyed the rooms, and set-up his equipment (no, I did not drink the water like Bill Handle!!). Gil was very thorough; he brought me in as he was finishing the first room to show me the difference and what a difference there was. He then started on the second room, which went considerably faster as it didn't need the attention that the first room did.

Gil made a great impression on me and as a customer with his courtesy, workmanship and professionalism. I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them as I have in the past.

What could we do to improve?

Nothing to improve. I do recommend, but most people that I know don't have the patience to wait for their carpets to dry. It is wetter than other services, but it does clean it better.

& LOVE THAT NO SOAPS ARE USED. ROBERT, OUR TECHNICIAN IS VERY THOROUGH -- SEES THINGS WE NEVER EVEN NOTICED ON OUR CARPET. HE IS EFFICIENT & VERY HELPFUL WITH HINTS ON TAKING CARE OF OUR CARPET.

The tech, Sal, was very polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He really seemed to believe in the product/service he was providing. The results were excellent. I told him that I had called Coit out last year to do the carpets and was not happy with the results or the tech. But that I will definitely be calling Zerorez in the future to clean our floors. I had forgotten what color the tile grout was supposed to be! I thought black was normal until Sal pointed out that he could now see that the grout is a light brown. Very impressed with the whole experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After you cleaned our carpets on Friday, we now have a large spot or stain (about 20" x 30") as you enter our living room and it is still quite wet. We did not have a spot on that part of the carpet prior to the carpet cleaning.

We have found the carpet cleaning to be dependent on the person doing the cleaning. The first time, our carpets were clean and fresh. The second time they were OK except a few of the spots were still visible. This time the carpets appear to be clean but we have the large "spot".
