Our tecnician Robert was wonderful!
Uses only water to clean carpet instead of soap/detergents. Carpet dries quickly too!
You are not using soap or chemicals. It is green and hurting the environment. We have young grandchildren and we feel safe having them around the carpeting.
I love how you call to confirm appts and that the service man also calls to say he is on the way. This is helpful as I have 3 dogs and need time to get them out of the way.

Annually I have been having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for several years and always love the results. Now that I have 3 hounds I will call for cleaning every 6 months

In no particular order .... I like that your pricing is up front and I don't get an annoying sales pitch trying to talk me in to more areas. I especially appreciate the professionalism of your employees. Everyone has been great. I was so pleased with Gil yesterday, I posted before and after photos to my facebook page, along with your contact phone number with my recommendation for local friends to call you. These aforementioned things are what has kept me as a loyal customer over the years. I've never used another company since finding you.
What got Zerorez my business to being with is, I am very scent and chemical sensitive - and I have animals - so the fact that your products do not have soapy or harmful chemical, nor any kind of unpleasant or overwhelming odor. Speaking of products, it's also a bonus that free refills of your cleaning products are available. I use it ALL YEAR LONG. With a dog and two cats, I'm always tidying up spots here and there to try to maintain the carpet between having you out.
