I like that you use water; your service rep was kind and made sure the job was done to satisfaction; and I thought the price was reasonable. The appointment was set very quickly, and the rep called with his ETA. I would highly recommend this company to every one I know. In fact I already have.

Product - Like the idea of a product that is not harmful to the environment. I have been a proponent of such products since the early 60's. Too bad more companies aren't in tune with our environment.

I like the product and how my carpet stands up after it's dry. The techs are always hard working and professional and I feel like they work hard to get good results.
My carpet looks clean and bright. My service man said they may need to clean once more to make sure stains are completely gone. The stains are residue left from using resolve carpet spray. Glad he informed me.
Matt was very thorough and worked hard to make sure my couch and love seat were cleaned properly. He also was professional, friendly and conscientious.
The drying process took a little more time than I expected, however they look good and I am satisfied with the job. Thank you.

He took his time, making us feel that he really cared. One of the rooms, our son's, was pretty bad and we were amazed when it came out clean, and looked like new!! We are so happy with the results and that the product is natural and leaves no residue. It dried quickly with a couple of fans. We love Zerorez. Thank you!!
THE SERVICE IS WONDERFULL.SAL ONCE AGAIN WAS IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MATTER, MOVED WHAT EVER NEEDED TO BE MOVED AND THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE USED SAL BEFORE AND I WILL USE HIM AGAIN HE IS ALSO VERY NICE TO WORK WITH.
Our cleaning rep was very nice & did an adequate job, but didn't move a couple of chairs or get under our bed very well...next time I will follow him into each room & point out some areas of concern...the stairs are better than they were...maybe as good as they can get, but not great. I do appreciate his work & do not want him in any trouble, just perhaps a little more diligent.

Very professional. Marcel was outstanding. He explained everything that he was going to do,and did it.
The young man that was sent out, Brett was just wonderful. He explained how the products work, offered to add some additional protection to our high traffic area. He also demo'd how clean our kitchen floor could look and we also had him clean that area. Very professional.

The Technician was excellent! Carpet is clean.
You do not use soap and this is good news for my dogs who have allergies to carpets with soap residue. Also, Robert, your tech is very good. He is very thorough and professional.

Your tech Robert has done the best he can but we still have a crummy looking carpet. Don't think there's any hope for it but not Zerorez's nor Robert fault.
