Friendly staff, and chemical free products.
I liked the fact Darnell called to let me know he was on his way about 30 min. before the appt. time. Also, he was very polite and when I asked about the fees for the services he was precise when giving the information. I also appreciated the "booties" to wear after the carpets were cleaned. My carpet is very old and it looked new after Darnell had finished cleaning.
Brian came on time and explained everything. He was very professional and the job was completed on time.
Loved the fact that you didn't use detergent and can even drink the water!

The gentleman that arrived to clean my carpet was a great representative for your Company. He was polite, called to let us know when he'd be arriving and then arrived on-time, and communicated effectively. He spoke English! He worked hard and did a great job! My carpet came out great and I was very pleased.

My carpets are clean and smell very fresh. Dennis the technician was great in explaining the that the carpets will be wet for about 24 hours and just wear the protectors that he provided and stay off the carpets. My carpets feel very clean without the residue feel that you sometimes have with the traditional carpet cleaners. My new tradition is Zerorez. Love it!
