No soap, and zero rez! Rashad Jordan was awesome! He was punctual, attentive and extremely thorough. I only hope he stays on board with you so I can request him the next time. I would never go with any other carpet cleaning service. My carpets look like new. Thank you!!!

Matt did a fabulous job cleaning and sealing my tile floors. He went the extra-mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I liked the fact that he explained how environmentally safe zerorez is when they clean. This gave me peace of mind because a lot of people in my life have allergies and are environmentally conscious.

My carpets looked beautiful and some rooms were very dirty and it was light tan carpet. Daniel was so polite and really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the out come. He was very kind. I would recommend Zerorez highly for your carpet cleaners.

What could we do to improve?

I have a comment. I asked when I scheduled the appt to have a sample area done on hardwood floors and I said if I like it I would do some hardwood. This was my reason for scheduling an spot at this time. The tech did not have the necessary stuff. It was conveyed to him that my floors had a wax buildup and only brought the stuff to test for this. This was never my concern. My concern was slippery hardwood. So I am
Not sure why the miscommunication. I partially feel that the whole appointment was a waste of time even though I had done carpeting clean. I did not meet my objective.

Larry was very thorough. We have saltio tile and it required striping, cleaning, and sealing. He walked is through the whole process. We are very greatful.

Zerorez does an awesome job.... my carpets look amazing! If only you offered zerorez dog booties .... my carpets would stay cleaner longer. No matter the dirt.... it always looks great and lasts a long time....ven with 3 dogs and an 11 year old boy in the family!
