This is our fourth Zerorez cleaning and our carpet always comes out looking as good as new. The techs are always on time, very neat, clean and friendly. We'll definitely call you again!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The price of cleaning our small townhome, 3 areas plus stairs plus a small landing has gone up from $199( in late 2013) to $284(this was with a $50 off birthday coupon) Are you guys getting a bit greedy????

My child has eczema and several allergies. The fact that no chemicals or soaps were left on the carpet has been helpful for his skin. It has only been a few days and his skin looks better already. Thanks.

The first time I used zero rez 6 yrs. ago they got out a stain two other companies couldn't.The guys are clean cut and courteous. I love that you don't use soap. The carpet is really clean.

I still remain unhappy with a recent cleaning of my office carpets. The first cleaning was not thorough enough and showed dirty the very next day.
