What do you like about our products and services?

Really like Rashad (think that's his name). He has done the work at our home 2 or 3 times now - he's great - responsive, thorough, cheerful and does a terrific job!!

The anti-wick (not sure of the name) is terrific and generally I like the system you use.

The products you use are excellent and your technician was friendly and efficient. The only down side is the price but I am well aware that you get what you pay for, which is why you are considered the best in Southern California. You were recommended to me by two very picky people who loved your service. It also took much longer for our carpeting to dry than your technician suggested (He said 6-8 hours, but it was closer to 18 hours and I brought in a large de-humidifier to help get the water out of the carpeting). I would definitely recommend you as this is the best my carpeting has looked since it was new and it is now 11 years old.

What could we do to improve?

My carpets were quite wet, I left the entire house open because it was so hot today, however the blowing wind brought in a lot of dust so now I'm not sure how much settled in my damp carpets. The wood floors had a light layer of dust. Certainly not thefault of the technition though.

Zerorez was careful to protect my walls a wall corners from the hoses rubbing against them. They got my old carpet to look new which was impressive as its been cleaned before and some of the old stains were never able to be pulled up. Zerorez got the stains out and I'm so happy.

I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company. I discovered Zerorez many years ago, and have a faithful customer ever since. The carpet comes out spotless! I just had my tile entry way cleaned and sealed. It looks brand new.
