What do you like about our products and services?

The best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Almost miraculous the way spots and stains are removed. Very good service people. Robert, the technician who cleaned my carpets Friday was especially thorough, courteous, efficient and helpful

Everything ! Keith arrived at the exact time that he promised he would be here and immediately began his work. He was amazing !!! He was able to remove spots which I had given up on ever cleaning ! He worked efficiently and left my carpets sparkling clean. Except for the fact that the carpets look brand new again, you would not even know that he was here as he was very careful not to mark or damage any part of the house. He cleaned the carpets in five bedrooms, a staircase, den, and two large hallways and the difference is incredible. Not only did he do a wonderful job, but he was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. I like the fact that the cleaning process dries quickly as well as we were able to get our house back in order very quickly. I will never trust my carpets with anyone but Zerorez !! Kudos to your company and to Keith, our technician!!! Thank you !

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I thought awood floor cleaning would make things look better. It seems I got a $200 mop job. The guys tried and were polite but the results are ugly. Now I have machine swirls all over the floor instead of just a dirty floor. I would have been better off leaving it alone.I am not prepared to spend a fortune on this floor and I know that is what you guys will recommend to make it look nice. What do you think should be done? Name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet cleaning was great but when I went to pay the bill I told him I had an email from zeroes that was any 3 surfaces for 199.00. He said mine didn't qualify because they were area rugs. Bu the ad said ANY 3 surfaces. So, how did I misinterpret the ad?
