What do you like about our products and services?

The products are safe for children and pets, and chemical free. The technician who cleaned our carpets was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and not a pushy salesman like I've had experiences with at other companies. He gave me advice on how to spot clean with natural ingredients that I have on hand in my house at any time which was so refreshing to not have a salesman pushing products. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to friends.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Daniel is very professional, courteous and hard working. The carpets look great! They look new! I asked for Daniel again this year because he did such a great job last year. I will request him next year. I am impressed with your company and will refer others to you.

Product doesn't smell. Techs are good at what they do. I liked Dana. He was personable and friendly. I used the 50/50 coupon but did not get 50 off the balance of the service. Dana said the office would take care of it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tile does not look any different than it did before it was cleaned. There is dirt on both sides of my
refrigerator. The technician placed the dining room chairs and the kitchen chairs outside of our house and did not bring them inside before he left. He seemed to be in too big of a hurry.
