you can see marks on my carpet where they used the hose/vacuum-it looks dirty-there was water marks all over our leather couch by where they cleaned-did not get up spots as Haines & Cross had done in the past

Everyone is super nice. I have three cats and I don't have to worry about their safety using Zerorez. I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals getting on their paws and the cats ingesting them when cleaning themselves. My carpets feel and look brand new after they have been cleaned. My carpets don't feel like residue have been left behind and there is not sharp chemical smell either. I also use Zerorez to clean stains out of my clothes, my counters and anything else I get my hands on. Zerorez can clean everything I need cleaned and I love that.

The carpet feels clean and soft after cleaning as compared to chemical cleaning. I am sensitive to chemicals. There is no smells.
