No chemicals, bring your own water & system, Carpet next day is soft when walk on. Michael was professional, careful & on time. He worked hard and steady at his task, appreciated his thoroughness & eye for detail.

No chemicals are used and therefore no residual chemicals for me and my animals to walk over after the carpets have been cleaned.

The alkaline water gets my carpets unbelievably clean. Your company also has a number different products that "really work" on the various problems of a 15 year old carpet in a rental unit! Problems like pet urine, and ground in dirt. I've used your service many times in the past 3 years, I've recommended it to my relatives and friends. Your company is honest, and all of your employees have been very nice, and have done a very good job for us. Most of all we love Robert! He always goes the extra mile to fix the problems and leave the customer happy! He really cares about what he's doing. He's a great asset to your company!

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been using Zerorez for years and your product(s) work wonders on everything from silk upholstery to carpets, etc. Robert performed tile/grout cleaning for me this week and it looks brand new - I couldn't be happier with the results!! Robert is a "ten" from professional company representation to his personal endeavor and hard work that each and every job is performed to client satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had just one room cleaned, because I have a cat and she had stained the carpet with urine - the ammonia smell was unbearable. The cleaner arrive 3 hours early, so I was unable to be at the house while the cleaning was done. Once I got home (the cleaner had already left), I realized the ammonia smell was still strongly present, and I still cannot use the room. It seems like the odor is gone form one part of the room, but is especially strong in a different area. I would very much like to have the room redone. Please let me know if you are able to fix this.

Your method seems to clean better and it lasts longer than other services we used in the past. There is no odor and all rugs, carpets and sofas dried very quickly.

Your representative, Robert Keith, did an outstanding job. The travertine floors look like they did twelve years ago the day they were laid. I was truly blown away how well your process works. He also cleaned two wool area rugs with simular results. I will be using Zerorez again.
