The technician that first came to our house was awesome - friendly, on time and explained what he was doing. There was a slight issue with the floor cleaning. The office did a great job at sending someone else out and when he couldn't solve it a supervisor came. They then sent Robert out, on my schedule/time frame. He solved the problem without a complaint. (He had to reclean it and it took a while.) The floors look awesome!

There are some spots that did not come clean. I did not see the technician doing any pre-treating on those spots. This is the second time I have used your service and I do have very light carpet but was hoping for better results in the heavy traffic areas. I was extremely pleased with the results the first time you cleaned the carpets a few years ago. It seemed like the technician spent more time doing the cleaning.

I've used other companies to clean carpet and tile. In my opinion, Zerorez is the only way to go. Just had Zerorez clean my floor grout for the first time. I'll be honest, I had pretty low expectations on how clean the 15-year old floor grout would be after the cleaning, but I was completely surprised. Yeah, it was difficult to get a couple of spots clean but the rest of the floor looks so much better than it did before. I've also used Zerorez for my carpets before and noticed that the carpet stays cleaner much longer than the other companies I have used. That means you get to enjoy the results longer and to me that is a huge plus!!!! Honestly, I don't know how the other companies can compete in the long run. Love Zerorez!
