How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The process left a residue on my carpet. Two different technicians tried to remove it. It is better, but it was not completely removed. I have never had this problem in all of the years that Haines and Cross have cleaned my carpet with their original method.

What do you like about our products and services?

Hi,

I have used Zero rez several times. One time, I requested a "re-do" on our steps. I believe the same technician was sent to handle the re-do, and didn't seem happy about it.

The guy who cleaned our carpets this time did a great job. He was quick, clean, and stairs also looked good. I don't have his name on our receipt, but I would like to have him do our carpets every time.

Courteous professional service person, and excellent results. And NO leftover tile or carpet-cleaning odors. The shower stall looked great. Also thought the old carpet had seen its best, but apparently not..it's not new, but man, it's clean. I had forgotten to have the area under the dining room table cleaned...they actually came out free for a second call and made that area beautiful as well. Really appreciated that commitment to excellent service. Please call Zerorez...they do a very honest, good job.

Booked an appointment in one day. You were prompt and efficient. There was no odor left after cleaning and the carpets dried faster than any other company that I have used in the past. I do
think it was quite expensive but service was fabulous.
