My carpets were not cleaned well. I had to go back myself and reclean the high traffic area and I was able to remove the spots on my own.

Keith was technician that clean my tile and grout, also one area rug. He was professional, polite and friendly, he did a great job, my tile and grout look just like the day it was installed. I am very pleased with service, I have already given number to my daughter that was looking for someone to clean her carpet and area rugs.
No chemicals used since I have many allergies. I also have asthma so I need a clean environment. Rashad Jordan was very professional and answered all my questions. Explained what he was going to do and went right to work.
