The representative was friendly and arrived before appt. time. Carpet was very clean and dried within 24 hours. I was very impressed by the water product and the service.

The carpets look new when the tech is finished and the carpets dry fast. I like that soap is not used. The tech that came out was just outstanding!!! WE only want him from now on.

My carpet was pretty awful. Now my carpet looks like new. I was very impressed. The technician suggested not to wait so long before we have done again. I am definitely taking his advice. I thought for the service they provided the price was reasonable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

3 spots on carpet not removed in family room area. I called to have the technician come back to fix this. Appointment is set for Saturday April 18.

What do you like about our products and services?

The lack of residue and the great technicians. They get all the spots out and the carpets look great. A little on the high side but I think, in the end, you get what you've paid for. Larry and Keith are super great!

Service was fantastic. Daniel was there when he said he would be there. Went above and beyond his normal time spent on the job. He was on his knees with a brush scrubing our grout.

Dennis Smith was very professional. He called to update me on his arrival time. My carpets look terrific and they were dry MUCH sooner than any other service I have used in the past. I will use this service again.

We were very impressed with Daniel's service. He was punctual, professional, and showed genuine care for his work. We appreciated the extra time needed to make our stairs look wonderful. We were drawn to your product because our carpets are left relatively dry once you finish and it is comparatively, a superior method of cleaning.
