We were amazed at how nice our carpet looked and felt after the cleaning. To be honest, we were looking into replacing our carpet. At the last minute, we decided to try to squeeze another year out of the carpet and try Zerorez cleaning. Great decision. The service was excellent. Darnell was such a hard working, strong, and polite young man. Our carpet and couches dried fairly fast and look beautiful.

what I like about your product is that it does get the carpet clean!!!
The two men that came out and cleaned the carpet and got the soap scum off our shower did a great job.
However, my husband and I have just moved into an existing home and the previous owners had a dog, yes a dog, and that dog slept in the master bedroom on the floor beside the bed.
Thank goodness we did meet the dog, sweet, friendly, but unfortunately smelly.
Yes, the guys got the carpet as clean as they could, but the smell is still there.
Is there anyway you could help my husband and I with this problem? that is besides getting new carpet, which is probably what we will be doing, if Zerorez has no suggestions for us.
My husband and I spent quite a bit getting our carpets cleaned and I was hoping your company might have a suggestion????

I love that the product is not chemically based! I also highly reccommend Brett as the Z rez technition... He was kind, thurogh, and a hard worker. I can't wait to see the longevity of Zerorez product.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My house carpets were fabulous. My sister hired you to do our mom's home carpets and the dining room carpet is still quite dirty. I did a spot clean myself and found the stains come out easily.(under the dining room table). If you have a Q.C. person who can contact me to re-inspect, I would like to meet them at her home and show them the still soiled dining room floor. The home address 257 W. show up with gas in your vehicle. Apparently our guy who did a fantastic job had to run and get gas before he could start my job. My realtor was patient thank goodness. The good news is - you won her over and she says she will now use your company.
