Your product is AMAZING!! I could have sworn you came in and put new carpet in! It looked completely brand new. We have two young kids and our carpets were pretty beat up. The technician was professional and courteous, and the carpet was immaculate. Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

I am always impressed with how clean the carpets are, and that they stay clean longer than with other carpet cleaning services. The techs are friendly, professional and efficient.

However, I noticed after my technician, Robert, left my home after cleaning my carpets on Saturday March 28 that there is damage to my wood bureau (dresser) in my guest bedroom. I would appreciate a call from someone at ZeroRez to discuss. Thanks!

The people you hire; Craig (I think that was his name) was terrific and listened to my needs and met them. I like that my carpets are clean without soap or detergent residue and that the carpets look and smell clean despite not using these products.

What do you like about our products and services?

Ilike the way my carpeting and furniture looked after the cleaning. But most of all I liked the service that I got. My service man, Marcel is so very nice. He is efficient and listens to your requests. And is very respectful of both myself and my home in being very careful not to upset any objects or furniture in my home.

Thank you for your service and thank you for having Marcel as one of your employees. He deserves to be complimented.

I like the fact your water has NO SOAP and your employees are VERY HELPFUL and CONSIDERATE
ROBERT went UP and Beyond the "Call of Duty" .
I STRUGGLED to MOVE 6 chairs, 2 end tables and coffee table BEFORE Robert got here
and he WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO PUT THOSE PIECES BACK.He is a EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
