Never told of a "trip charge" and a powder room was up charged $30. It is minuscule and I was shocked at the charge. Especially since the order was already $375

Most effective system for tile floors with light colored grout. It was gratifying to see a systems actual perform the way you are expecting it to perform. My tile floors have never looked better and we keep an immaculate house. Excellent Job Zerorez!
You advertise being able to clean a rug no matter how dirty, yet it was necessary for the technician to make a second visit. He told me if the areas of concern still looked dirty after drying to take a damp cloth and rub the area.

very easy to work with, on time and great results
Several ways but I'll just concentrate on the worst part. I had both tile and hardwood to be done. The tech did his tests on both and said I passed and told me he would do the tile first and finish up with the hardwood. He did the tile but it didn't dry like it should have with a steamer which is what he said he would be using. There were puddles all over the place and it didn't dry until the next day, leaving splotchy areas. When he plugged in his machine to do the hardwood I was in my bedroom and noticed that he tried several times to get it to go on, the lights flickering each time he tried. After a while it got quiet and I went out and he was doing his "test" again and then proceeded to tell me that the floor didn't pass the test. I said well that's okay, you can do it anyway. He said he couldn't without supervisior permission. I said okay call the supervisor. He said there weren't any working that day. I said well I'll sign something with you, but I need my floor done. I took time off work to be there. He refused. I am sure his machine wasn't working and he blamed it on the "test." This all happened Friday. I talked to the supervisor after he left and she said the person in charge was out of town and he'd be getting in touch with me when he landed after 3. I missed his call because he called earlier than that and I was in the movies. He said he'd call me Monday. Late in the day on Monday after not hearing from him I called him. He said he'd talk to the tech, see what happened, and call me around 6. That was 6 last night. Still haven't heard from him. I will never recommend Zerorez to anyone and am tempted to call Bill Handel at KFI and let him know what happened. There were other things that happened but I don't have the itme to go into them. Super disappointed with Zerorez!

The service is great and the product even better! The only thing I'd suggest is that you clearly state what is covered in your specials - exactly how many square feet of cleaning, for example.

Dana, the technician, arrived exactly at the start of the two hour window, was friendly and efficient. He did an excellent job and made the process quite easy.
The technician and the service are always outstanding. I am always extremely happy with the way my carpet looks. I also had 4 chairs cleaned and the technician was able to remove stains that had been there for a very long time. I will continue to use zeroes for all my cleaning needs and would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Your service person called before arriving to give us a heads up that he was running early and asked if it was OK. He reviewed what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable revised estimate. He was pleasant, worked efficiently and did a quality job!!!
