The floors were coated with a white powder. I had to clean the floor after.

Rasheed is very careful with the walls doorways etc. He is personable and does quality work. There is no odor after service.

I am very satisfied with the technician you have representing your business. He did a wonderful job and took the time to explain about the areas in question and how to maintain in between cleanings. Zeroes has been cleaning our carpet since we moved here. The techs are knowledgeable and very courteous, they do a great job! Dennis was the last tech we had, he was very good!

So far so good. The two bothersome spots in one of the bedrooms are gone and not returned in 2 days. We are very pleased with the care and competence of the service tech Robert Keith. This is the first professional cleaning since the carpets were installed 2-1/2 years ago. Great job!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Overall the tile and pergo floors look wonderful. We planned Zerorez to come out in a day that we would be gone with the kids. When we returned home the threshold dividing the pergo dining room and tile kitchen was broken and lifted from the floor. Now we will have to pay our contractor to fix it. Also we came home to a pile of trash in the back yard. I assume it was stuff that was under the couch as it was mostly crumbs, Cheerios, and a few toys. We didn't have time to clean under the couch and assumed he would just clean around it. The cleaner had our cell number. I just wish the cleaner would have called us to let us now that the threshold broke.

I was impressed with the technician, Daniel, who did the cleaning. He was courteous, professional and took his time making sure everything was done correctly. The carpet looks great. He was able to remove all of the stains!

What could we do to improve?

Think I need a second service in my kitchen. It still smells. Maybe make sure smell is gone before leaving. However person who came was polite, helpful, very good.
