Product doesn't smell. Techs are good at what they do. I liked Dana. He was personable and friendly. I used the 50/50 coupon but did not get 50 off the balance of the service. Dana said the office would take care of it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tile does not look any different than it did before it was cleaned. There is dirt on both sides of my
refrigerator. The technician placed the dining room chairs and the kitchen chairs outside of our house and did not bring them inside before he left. He seemed to be in too big of a hurry.

Good spotting before cleaning and short drying time. Had my carpets cleaned at 8 a.m. and was able to have a dinner party that same evening.

Your service person called before arriving to give us a heads up that he was running early and asked if it was OK. He reviewed what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable revised estimate. He was pleasant, worked efficiently and did a quality job!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Never told of a "trip charge" and a powder room was up charged $30. It is minuscule and I was shocked at the charge. Especially since the order was already $375
