Plus a phone call to confirm your appointment. I had an issue with my granite/tile through out my house. Zeroez came in and did an outstanding job. It's beautiful it looks like new flooring that was just put down, they also cleaned my carpets that was done very professionally and smells like new we have several pets and my carpet is like new!'

Everyone was extremely professional. The tech called 1/2 hour before arriving. He called to confirm all the areas I wanted cleaned and he called when he completed the job.

I have used Zerorez many times in the past and I like that the carpets do not resoil quickly. The cost is well worth not having to have them redone in 4-6 months.

We had our tile floors cleaned & sealed and carpet cleaning in 2 rooms. The tile looks much better, although the products did irritate my sinuses for several hours after. The technician was very friendly and efficient.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You didn't disappoint me. It was a job well done & Sal was really wonderful. I feel that you are way too expensive. $450 to clean a couch! That is really too much. My husband is a physician & what I paid for my cleaning job is way more than is earns in 1 day. He went to school for 8 years plus 4 more of training. Sal was here for the most 3 hrs! Does that seem right?

This is our fourth Zerorez cleaning and our carpet always comes out looking as good as new. The techs are always on time, very neat, clean and friendly. We'll definitely call you again!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The price of cleaning our small townhome, 3 areas plus stairs plus a small landing has gone up from $199( in late 2013) to $284(this was with a $50 off birthday coupon) Are you guys getting a bit greedy????

Your cleaning is very good, but not sure it's worth $100. More than the guy that usually does my carpet.

My child has eczema and several allergies. The fact that no chemicals or soaps were left on the carpet has been helpful for his skin. It has only been a few days and his skin looks better already. Thanks.
