Very professional. Marcel was outstanding. He explained everything that he was going to do,and did it.
The young man that was sent out, Brett was just wonderful. He explained how the products work, offered to add some additional protection to our high traffic area. He also demo'd how clean our kitchen floor could look and we also had him clean that area. Very professional.

I have used Zerorez for several years, and I am always very happy with the results that I get on my carpetsing and tile. The technicians are very knowledgeble,helpful, and competent.
Eduardo, the technician, showed up on-time and estimated the time of how long our cleaning appt would be almost to the minute! He was pleasant and professional. I was quite pleased that there was not a harsh chemical smell to the solution and that it dried quickly - within the 24-hours, just like I was told.
I was advised that the carpets would be dry in 5 - 6 hours however, when I returned home from work the carpet was still wet throughout the house. I had my son's birthday party the next day & we had to wait until the next morning to place all the furniture back. In addition, there were "discolored spots thru out our carpets". We really wanted to do our entire house however never used this company but was recommended by our friend & decided to go with this company. We have used Chemdry & found that to be better & was successful however, we tried this company for our first time & was hoping to do other rooms in our home once we had the time & money. We were disappointed with the outcome as it was still very wet by the time I got home around 5:30 PM & we had the carpets done @ 9:00 AM. The carpets were still even wet the next morning :( very discouraging.
Our carpets get very clean and your technicians are courteous, on time and work in a timely manner
I had 2 area rugs cleaned along with one bedroom on Friday morning and was hosting a wedding on Sunday. The area rugs did not dry by the following day and I had to put them outside in the sun late Saturday afternoon to get them to dry, I wasn't happy. The bedroom dried by the following morning and came out great.

Dennis Kennedy always scrub my grout in the high traffic areas. The technicians that recently came to clean my tile and grout do not scrub anything. When the grout is wet, it appears to be okay but when it dries, you can still see the dirt.
I like that you guys do a wonderful job and that you don't use harsh chemicals that leave my carpet feeling sticky.

MICHEAL WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE THE CARPET LOOK LIKE NEW, I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE REPLACE THE CARPET. I WAS VERY, VERY SATISFIED WITH ZEROREZ. I HAD MIKE LOOK AT THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR, WHICH WE OWN, AND ZEROREZ WILL BE DOING THAT ONE ALSO IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.
