My old carpets look almost new again.

1-It took over a week for the carpet on the stairs to dry.

The work is excellent and the carpets have come clean each time Zerorez comes out.
My carpets are clean and smell very fresh. Dennis the technician was great in explaining the that the carpets will be wet for about 24 hours and just wear the protectors that he provided and stay off the carpets. My carpets feel very clean without the residue feel that you sometimes have with the traditional carpet cleaners. My new tradition is Zerorez. Love it!
Friendly staff, and chemical free products.
I liked the fact Darnell called to let me know he was on his way about 30 min. before the appt. time. Also, he was very polite and when I asked about the fees for the services he was precise when giving the information. I also appreciated the "booties" to wear after the carpets were cleaned. My carpet is very old and it looked new after Darnell had finished cleaning.
Brian came on time and explained everything. He was very professional and the job was completed on time.

This was my 3rd cleaning and of course, I LOVE you guys, that's why I use you! But this feedback is specifically about Michael, the technician who did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I am totally delighted and incredibly happy about the transformation to my carpets from his hard work. He goes way beyond what the technicians did in the past and he actually cleaned out spots that were still there after my last Zerorez cleaning! I was shocked and surprised that it was even possible to get the carpets clean like he cleaned them. He is also very respectful, kind, on time, and friendly. Its obvious he really cares about doing his job well. BIG HUG FOR HIM!!!!!!!!!
