Got my filthy carpets clean and were very thorough and efficient.
The work is excellent but they should send someone out to give estimates before you book appointment, this way there can be no discrepancy for the space vs cost.
Your services are terrific. The technician is always on time and very neat and careful in their work. The results are great-carpets look as good as new.
Our carpets came out perfectly clean and soft and fabulous. And the tile floor (and grout) in the kitchen haven't looked this clean since they were installed 3 years ago. Robert Keith is a superb representative and technician for your company. He did a great job! Thank you.
Costs are still to high
I like everything! Your folks always arrive promptly, are curteous, clean, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. 1.Office staff is courteous; makes appointment confirmation calls. 2.Technician calls when on his way. 3. Technician (Brian)is polite, professional, knowledgeable about carpets & upholstery, works in timely manner, & efficient. 4. Product makes carpets and upholstery look like new; white carpets are bright and sofa color is vibrant; effects are long-lasting.
4 different stains are still on carpet. Some threads in carpet have unraveled as a result of the cleaning. In the past, 3 small door mats have been cleaned and 2 small closets as a courtesy. This time 2 small door mats and the 2 closets I was charged $30 for one of the closets. May use Zerorez again, but not the technician. The first time I have not been happy with Zerorez.
The carpet does not get saturated so it dries fast and it stays leaner longer since there isn't soap.
There are still visible stains and the closet was not cleaned in masterbedroom. I hoped that service would have been like the last , which is why we called back, where all stains were removed.

personnel on phone and technician who cleaned carpets were both courteous, helpful and professional. Price is reasonable and competitive with other similar companies and carpet looks great! I also love that you don't use harsh chemicals for cleaning.

This is a small house ~ 700 sq. feet & 1/3 of it is tile. Your 1 price fits all is lost on me as the cleaned area is so much less than some other people would receive for the same price!

The guy who did the cleaning was super nice and very thorough. I"m very satisfied with his service!
However, as my couch didn't have that many stains but rather needed a freshening up, I was surprised to see new stains show up from the cleaning and the coloring in the fabric is now a bit uneven. I just felt the couch was left looking dirtier afterwards than it did before. It does feel fresh and I'm happy to know that it is clean. Just doesn't look it.
