Effective, not too wet, spots do not return

The technician was on time, personable, and meticulous. He gave me information on the process as he was working. He was able to get out stains that a previous cleaning did not get out.

You guys came back out and cleaned our bedroom carpet a 2nd time and I truly appreciate that. The problem with it was the carpet was left so wet it took until midnight for it to dry and that was with the overhead fan on high and a 2nd fan also on high. Your tech left at ~12:30. We had the fans running for close to 12 hours. To me that is excessive.

The first time I had my tile grout cleaned I was so impressed, so I scheduled another cleaning. The job done on Saturday was terrible, couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. Entire areas were missed. I feel like it was a total waste of my money. To make it right you would have to do it over.

They do an excellent job. They are very careful while working in our home. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets were very personable.

Worst service I have ever encountered !!!!

I like the idea of no soap.

Scheduled to clean carpet and tile in my condo. When technician arrived he informed me he could not do the cleaning because he could not park close enough to the unit. The scheduler knew it was a condo, however he never asked me about access to the unit.

No sticky residue

Was not late for appointment, called prior to appointed time. No harsh chemical odor in cleaning solution. Technician was courteous, professional, did not rush job. We had carpet, 2 chairs and 2 sofas cleaned. Very satisfied with the results. Will use the company again for any future cleaning.

Cleans well, dries

All natural, no chemicals, fresh feeling afterwards, gets rid of smells and odors from pets, safe for pets who may have allergies to cleaners and soaps stuck in carpets and so many more reasons. Rates are very reasonable and I will have my carpets, rugs, tile, wood floors and furniture cleaned by Zerorez only.
