The final charge for my cleaning was more than 100% greater than what was quoted over the phone. Additionally, the service technician did not disclose prior to beginning work that (i) what was quoted by ZeroRez did not cover all the work he intended to do and (ii) the actual price of several "additional" items he performed. Upon bringing these to the attention of the service technician, he was utterly unconcerned and indicated that I was to blame for all charges and that there was nothing he could do, despite his failure to disclose the scope of work he intended to perform or the price of that work. Ultimately, one of the worst customer service failures I have experienced with a company.

Carpet looks great. Did not charge extra for so called "High traffic" areas like other companies scam you for.

No soap or chemical residue. Helpful, prompt and courteous servicemen. My carpets are almost 10 years old and everyone asks if I got new carpeting! I have never used any other cleaning service on my carpets.

The product works great - better than conventional carpet cleaning. Daniel, the gentleman that did the cleaning, was very conscientious and readily dealt with any concerns I had. He was genuinely nice. Zerorez is expensive - about double of conventional carpet cleaning, but I find that it is worth it in the long run.

Sal was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on my hardwood floors. I have been remodeling the inside of my home for the past two years and the dirt from all the construction dust/debris had left my newly refinished floors dull and dirty. Sal cleaned them and the result was better than I exoected. They looked like new again. I was so impressed I added service to clean and seal my kitchen and bathroom tile floors as well.

Your products leave no chemical smell or residue and your prices are good. I received two quotes and yours offered more service for less price.

Quality, professional work.

I felt that the service person, who was polite and nice enough, did not give me any options. I realized, after he left, that I needed some type of scotch guarding on the rugs. He just came in, did his job, and left.

Carpets seem cleaner than other companies used in the past; and we trust Livingston, our service representative.

It really cleans deeply both carpets, tile and grout.

We love Livingston, he is very professional and polite. I have referred him to all my friends and family. My poor carpet is old and can get very dirty. when he leaves it looks almost like new.

The tech was very nice, I am just not sure the cleaning was any different than a less expensive brand.

I had been quoted a price when I scheduled the appointment and when the person (Dennis) came to my home, he charged me $80.00 more. The price included cleaning an area of up to 200 sq. ft. and the areas he cleaned were clearly not 200 sq. ft. each. He claimed that he was actually charging me for spending time cleaning because of the furniture that was there, which were the beds that he would have to go very very slow. I was confused and upset, I had never been treated this way before and when I told him that, he claimed that the previous times, I had not been charged correctly and that he was going to make sure that those people were either discharged or at least reprimanded. I felt he is wrong, I did not expect him to say that. The area was also not left very clean, as it had been previously done before and when I asked him, he said it was the best he could do. He had offered to clean other areas and for a 18 sq. ft. closet and 25 sq ft. bathroom he wanted another $60.00 for a total of $384. I believe this was outrageous, when I had started with a quote of $229.00 for 4 areas of up to 200 sq. ft. each. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the cleaning that was done, when it had been previously done right. This is the reason I was inclined to schedule with your company again. I hope we can come to a positive understanding. The Holidays are here and I was so looking forward to showing off my carpet because I have spoken very highly of your company before.

The service technicians are always helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Larry Sanders has been to our home more than once and I would recommend him to others. We have used Zerorez for over 6 years on our carpet, grout and shower tile. The cost is more than a traditional carpet cleaning service but the carpets stay clean longer and look great. I'm always happy with the service and will continue to recommend and use Zerorez in the future.
