Its not the service tech's problem as he was great, but the truck left a big ugly grease spot right in front of my house. I am entertaining on Saturday and the grease spot is a real eye sore

we are still watching for returning spots. Dana the service man did a great job cleaning. he worked very hard at getting out pet stains. But we have a big area where the dirt is coming up and leaving a dark ring around that area....Dana came back once and cleaned the area again, but there is still an outward border area ring that we may have to continue cleaning. We will keep observing and consider a cleaning again next year while we maintain with the zerorez cleaning solution.

the process is very effective and the carpet always comes out super clean. THe technicians are efficient and very skilled and very personable. There is little mess, doesn't take very long and is the only way we get our carpets cleaned

Clean and no residue, however over 2 hours late for afternoon appointment

I have been a customer for a few years now and was satisfied in the past. My sister and my self never saw the technician use his spot treatment on the hard areas, I did request that he use the spot treatment before he started the work. The technician was asked about the spot treatment as he was working. We were told that he wasn't that far yet to do the treatment even though he had cleaned half the carpet. We still have areas the should have come out.

The time previous we had to have Zerorez come back out to fix the areas that had to much water in the carpet and did not dry for days. When it did dry it had large dark areas.

You not only clean the carpets leaving no residue. You remove the soap others leave behind!

Cost is high. For about 2 hours of work, I paid $248 which is alot for cleaning.
