The gentleman that arrived to clean my carpet was a great representative for your Company. He was polite, called to let us know when he'd be arriving and then arrived on-time, and communicated effectively. He spoke English! He worked hard and did a great job! My carpet came out great and I was very pleased.

Friendly staff and great communications with customers. Very knowledgeable about manufacturing, care, and treatment of carpets and rugs. Staff correctly identified the age of my 25-year old area rug just by looking at it!!!

The technicuan is very carefuland on time for his appt.
The product really works to get your rugs really clean. My rugs are over 20 years old,and they come out looking cleaner that I have ever seen them before!
