Michaal, was prompt in reminding us when he would arrrive, was very professional, worked diligently and explained the process for us. I advised him the carpet had never been cleaned in 20 years and he said he would do the best he could. His work was superb, with all stains removed and the furniture cleaned very thoroughly too. His work was done timely and with excellent results.
Wear booties. Be on time. Don't leave puddle on laminate floor. All that said, the carpet looks great.

I've used this company for a few years and this is the first time in not happy. I was quoted one price when I made the appointment and after he finished the cost was nearly double. NOT HAPPY !!

My family liked the fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals to clean our carpets. Your technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product use and how to get the carpets clean. When it comes time to have our natural tile floors cleaned, we will be asking for the same tech. Thanks Zerorez for making our carpets look clean and new again.
Got all stains out. No over powering smell

Everything, For the first time in 5yrs there is no residue!!! The technician Brett did a out standing job!!! Was not only on time but called to see if could come a little early. He was very professional, polite, very nolagabel about what he was doing!!! Just a very outstanding young man!!!! From now on when i need the carpets cleaned i request him!!!!! I'm very very happy with the job that he did!!!!!! I've had 3 different carpet cleaners who said they could not get the satin's out completely Brett did just outstanding!!! Please thank him for me and my wife we are so happy with the job that Brett did!!! Thank you very much for sending Brett!!!
