Larry and were very prompt, very clean, very courteous, very quick, very neat (no messes, no dirt from outside like others with dirty hoses, dirty water, and dirty shoes). We also received complementary shoe covers to wear around the house while the carpet dried. The carpet dried very quickly (less than 6 hours) since I believe your method only wets the actual carpet and leaves the carpet pad fairly dry, am I correct?
Larry gave us more than we expected (I only had two rooms marked and asked if they could do just part of a larger room--family room--for us to stay within budget. Larry cleaned all traffic areas in the large family room AND cleaned the small traffic area leading into my little office for the one price. I thought I would have to budget for another time for the full family room traffic areas and my office and maybe forego protective spray since we were researching what to use besides Scotchgard. Larry solved my problem by giving me the expanded bonus cleanings and information that the protective guard Z uses is water-based, so I was able to get everything done on this one trip, all within budget!
The piece de resistance is that I am a cancer survivor and was advised to keep as many carcinogens out of the house as possible to lower my recurrence rate. Although I had hired Z because of a strong referral from Kade Restorations to further obliterate any black mold spores that got away in the carpet (and was willing to just live with "the chemicals", I was thrilled to learn that you also used a product that safeguards my health--alkaline water--for my house needs! I am giving your extra cards and coupons to my cancer surviving friends.
Although we bought a Kirby to do our own industrial carpet cleaning on a regular basis, my husband and I voted to use your services again instead because of the above reasons. Thank you!

The price we paid was not the price quoted on the phone. This has never happened before. The man would not leave until he got the money. He did more than we had said and we paed for the extra gladly. I do not expect we will can Zerorez after years of doing so unless I am sure this was not a change in company policy.

Don't try to sell sealant or protection to put on the carpet that is wet. If it is recommend, it should be a separate visit. Wish I knew at the beginning, not the end that you could clean my tile grout. If a small section was sampled to me at the beginning, I would have probably had that taken care of at the same time. I will probably schedule for another time though.
