Your technician was very nice, easy to work with and very thorough. The carpets and upholstery were not left soaking wet and dried in just a few hours. I would recommend Zerorez because of the great customer service. I also love the product as there is no odor when the job is completed. I was about to replace my 2 year old carpet but Zerorez brought it back to life again. It is soft and lovely to walk on again.

Professionalism and efficiency of your techs and after cleaning the appearance of how clean my carpet is without the use of harmful chemicals.
You came a little over two weeks ago to attempt to remove several areas of human blood and cat urine from a small area of carpet. I was not at all pleased with the results, since the stains were still there after the carpet dried. You graciously agreed to return to try again. Yesterday your tech, Michael, did a really thorough job of pre-treating all the stains and spent a long time ensuring that the area was as clean as possible. It looks wonderful now, just as if nothing had happened!
