I used Zerorez for the first time last year and was very pleased that my carpet actually stayed clean without the old soiled spots showing up again. The new spots that needed cleaning this year, were new. Brian, my technician, was super efficient, friendly and did a fabulous job making my carpets look like new! I would certainly recommend their services.

My carpet is always so clean after your treatment. I was also noticing this morning how soft my carpet is when I walk on it.
Quality of the cleaning as well as cleaning the scatter/throw rugs.
My only suggestion is narrowing down the window of time estimate for arrival. Four hour window is a little vague an difficult to plan for.
