What could we do to improve?

First let me say that the technician was great and the results were very good. I have no problem with that. Here's my issue. I use Zerorez because I was led to believe that the carpets would dry in a few hours. That, however, is not the case. They were still damp on the third day. not a lot but enough so I could feel it. I'm not sure how that would be resolved because, after all, water is being used and unless the drivers have a giant hair dryer that will not change. Overall, I am satisfied and will use Zerorez again.

The carpets were so clean and all of the pet stains were gone! My technician was such a terrific young man too. He answered all of my questions so well, he remembered being here before, and he was so efficient isn't.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't feel a good job was done on the shower. Water was left dripping in the shower. When I turn off the shower it turns off.

Marcel has cleaned my carpets 3 times. He is wonderful!!!!!!!!! He is always on time. He is extremely professional. My carpets always look better than the time before. Thank you for all your help making my house look beautiful.
