Dirty marks appeared on the stair carpet after two days. Perhaps a scotchgard type treatment might have held off the dirt longer.

The work and the service are the very best. We were amazed at how well our wood floors were cleaned. We have recommended your company to many people. We live in a senior community of 280 +/- homes and we have a monthly newsletter. It would be a great place to advertise. We recently called a plumber and we called the one advertised in the newsletter. We don't have a lot of ads so each stands out. They aren't very expensive.

The technician, Mr. Smith, showed up on time, which was a real plus. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was very knowledgable and very professional. He gave me some valuable information on carpet maintenance. He also let me know of all the other services that Zerorez offers. I would use this service again for things other than carpet cleaning. A bit more care on traffic areas. Alfus was awesome, I enjoyed him.
I was also overcharged. Originally I was charged the $139.00 February special, then he came back and told me is actually $214.00. He explained that it was on the invoice and I paid it. Once I came to work I saw the coupon for $139.00.
