I've only used Zerorez to clean my carpets (wouldn't use anyone else). I've always been satisfied with their work, the employees are courteous and helpful.

Cleaning method, courteous staff, prompt reply. I suggest you waive the $15 charge for good repeat customers and senior citizens as an incentive for repeat business and referrals.

If all your employees (or subcontractors?) were as good as the gentleman who came last time it would be a 10. Perhaps, a bit more reasonable prices also help.

Keith did a really great job, he worked quickly and my old carpets look new again!!!
Plus they dried fast and no chemical smell.

Your Customer Service Guy was very professional. There is no residue left in the carpet. It cleaned my carpet so well. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wasn't impressed with the office side of things. I had two problems and had to rebook once because I wasn't given accurate information.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that the water is drinkable, that you don't use soap, and that you suck up all the soap residue from the other guys. I ESPECIALLY like that you don't use chemicals. I would never trust another company using chemicals on my floor. (I will always remember Kelly Preston doing interviews probably 10 years ago where she said she was convinced the chemicals in her carpet cleaning affected her son Jett - who ended up having severe autism.) We want to start a family soon and having our babies play on a floor covered with chemicals will NOT fly.

not use dirty water - this time I was disappointed with the final result.....it looks like there are dirty marks from the machine.

Service Techs are very good. Working a reservation is less than good. Specifically told the booking person to send a smaller truck due to our street size. A larger truck was sent with subsequent problems getting cars around it.

What do you like about our products and services?

The first thing the carpet was very soft after it had dry we did not walk on it till 24 hours after it had dry. Looks like new and the order from the cats peeing on it is all gone. Your tech was very professional and explain all the different scenarios for us we when with the cheap route for now and will consider other options for the future. In the future I would hope that if you send someone out that it would be Denise Smith. I was extremely impress with this men attitude about his work and the care he took to prepare the area where he was working at. He made sure that nothing would be damage around the house. He show up on time (early) and was very polite and respectful. I am sure this guy most be one of your better techs because in todays time it is rare to come across such an individual! Thank you!
