excellent cleaning - done quickly - very friendly
No soap residue for new dirt to stick to. Cleaned VERY well. It is taking it more than 24 hrs to completely dry, but I don't mind since they look so good.
I like the "clean-ness" of the product and the quickness of the service. The technician (Brett Spence) was fantastic, too.
They kept us apprised of their arrival schedule and did a very good job. We would recommend them to anyone.

Zerorez doesn't use soap to clean the carpets, and Zerorez was able to get the coffee stain out of my carpet.

I still have a yellow stain and I don't know what it is. It's pretty big. We don't have any dogs or cats. It looks like magic marker, paint, or mustard. Let me know if you have any ideas about if it can come out.
