Our tile and grout looks like new! I'm very happy with your company, and your tech, Alfus. The only thing I would question is the special price I was quoted. It was my understanding that I could have 3 areas done, carpet and/or tile. Al said I could only get my tile done for that price. If this is incorrect, I feel that some adjustment is in order. Thank you.

Not sure I like the amount of water that is used. Other than that the carpets look good and the tile in the kitchen very clean.
Does not leave shampoo in carpet
The carpet didn't look or feel as fresh and clean as I expected it to. There was dust around the baseboards as if the machine didn't get close to edge. we may try again though.
Carpets are CLEAN! One of the areas I was going to replace, but you got it clean.

I like the fact that it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. My carpets look great, but the patio was steamed and the paint came up and peeled in many places. My tile also has less of a shine to it so maybe should not have done those 2 areas.

Professional personnel and the upholstery and tile were spotless. We particularly liked that the upholstery not only looked clean it felt clean.
I liked how Robert wanted me to show him all of the problem areas. He was very
thorough and I appreciated that he took time to use a machine that helped dry the
carpet faster (I have three grandkids that are living with me) I will call Zerorez
again and also recommend you to my friends.
The results are subtle but amazing and the "green" process is a must with young children.
No chemicals - no residue on the carpet, no toxic fumes, pro environment. Robert was very nice and professional. He did an excellent job.
The tile floor was sticky in places after it dried. Keith came back the next day and redid the floor to our satisfaction. Great customer service.
