The carpet stays clean. Technicians are careful of the floors and furniture.
1. An actual, intelligent person answers the phone 2. Arrival times are monitored and are kept (i.e. a 12:00 - 4:00 arrival is then tapered to 12:00 -2:00 and then tapered to 1:00 - and staff actually arrives.). 3) Staff is friendly and efficient. 4). The furniture is cleaned well with no mess or smell. 5). Drying times are correct. 6) The money spent appears to be worth the effort that went into the entire operation.
Pricing was up front, service was pleasant & fast.
Because they are consistently professional and the Zero Res staff is also amazing - Brian and other representatives that have been to my home represent Zero Res so well and they are a pleasure to have in my home!

I love that they don't use soap or chemicals. My area rug ended up softer and very clean. The customer service was great, even though I requested an appointment with very little notice.
The gentleman that did my carpet cleaning was very personable and did exactly what I had contracted to have done. He did a wonderful job -- well above my expectations. He also cleaned two chairs for me -- and again exceeded my expectations. I am more than pleased.
