How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The Carpet cleaning - a 10!
In the past, we have used you for sofa cleaning - a 10!
However, we had our wood floors done this time...and we will not be using that service again. Immediately after the Tech. left, we were walking on the wood with socks on...did not even put furniture back for 36 hours...however, you could see every sock print with a grey film. Did not look like we had just spent $260 on having wood floor cleaned. Very disappointed! (We spent $40 on a carpet insert in Family room...looks good)
So we will recommend ZeroRez to anyone for carpets, but would never recommend for Wood.

Friendly service from start to finish. Carpet looks very clean.

I have one suggestion though NOT a complaint. I noticed that the edges of the the visible base board areas could not be reached. Consequently, what is seen is a dusty (light brown) base along the wall. As I said, only a suggestion for quality control.
Again, my carpets look very nice and the technician was polite and professional as was the individual on the phone who set up my appointement.

You have arrived at the time you stated you would arrive. I like the freshness of my house after you've cleaned my carpets. I like that the carpets aren't soaking wet when you finish. Stains that I thought you would not be able to remove...you've removed

Brian Almanza was our 1st technician last year and again in December. He was very professional, thorough and efficient. He understands a household with dogs and is again very professional and non-judgmental about a bit of dirt that goes with our kind of home. Thanks for making things right. The other technician (not Brian) didn't clean very well. We will call you again.
