We are very pleased with Zerorez. This is the second time we’ve used them. There was no sticky residue on our carpet. Your techs are always very pleasant and professional. Your products work on or 15 year old white carpet - it looks like new when you are through. We also used your services in Ohio last year. My mother in law passed away and we were getting her house ready to sell. She smoked daily in the house for 65 years. Zerorez came in and the carpet was like new and there was no smell. The real estate person was shocked and said she had never heard of zerorez but won't use any other company going forward.

I did not have a good experience this last time even though I've had many great experiences in the past. I had scheduled this appointment, and have been scheduling more appointments in the last year due to a new pet and needing frequent pet stain cleaning. Obviously, these pet stains don't always fall within your standard options (eg. 2-3 rooms cleaning or 1 hallway) but generally have been in my hallways that are preceded by a "walkway" from the stairs (eg. where traffic goes). In the past, the technicians understood that if I just have 1-2 pet stains, one being in the hallway and the other in the lead-in walkway (all in one straight line), they would just kindly clean the straight path I needed and charge me what was most accurate based on your guidelines. My hallways are about 10 feet and in two places it turns (L shaped) but all hallways are approx. 10 feet (for example, 3 total hallways, each 10 feet, one center and two side hallways turning right & left). In the past, if a pet stain was in the center hallway but also in the lead-in walkway, the technician just cleaned the line/area connecting the stains. For this small amount, I'm being charged a minimum of $135 because it's what I need and don't want to clean other areas as it's disruptive to have your home with wet carpet plus a pet. However, this time, the technician made is so difficult for me to get the 2 pet stains cleaned, one which was in my bedroom and the other in the lead-in walkway. This was all in the same "straight path" I mentioned before but the stains were just in random places. I ordered 1 hallway because it could be seen as such since you mention up to 20 feet, but the technician said you don't work that way. I said then charge me 2 hallways or what makes most sense but I don't need to start cleaning the whole room. So is Zerorez now forcing me to clean full rooms for 2 pet stains that happen to be 1) in the bedroom and 2) in the lead-in walkway that is part of the larger family room? I felt this new technician didn't work with the logic of the situation and was just focused on how cleaning should go. I just needed 2 pet stains cleaned regardless of where they fall. I have been very happy with Zerorez but now will think twice if I need pet stain cleaning if you can't work with logic of what the customer needs. No customer should be forced to clean an entire room or new "area" because pet stains fall where they do.
