The big room carpet cleaning is not done right as there are black marks. We are getting our new dining table, and this area will never be cleaned. Also, we would like our sofa to be cleaned and the price quoted was far more than the first time your company did in July of 2023.

The cleaning of our outdoor cushions and pillows along with our indoor area rug and mats exceeded our expectations. Jeremey was so professional, friendly, diligent and respectful.
The young man who did the cleaning was very thorough and pleasant. My carpet is very old and when he finished cleaning, it looked almost new. I had many urine stains from my little dogs and he cleaned and treated them so they couldn't even be seen and he put some kind of deodorizer on them that that took away the bad smell. The field supervisor who arrived was polite and neat in appearance. I showed the rooms to him and was no nonsense went right to work. He had a confidence and experience to do the job. He even removed some stubborn spots I couldn't.
