We are very pleased with your service. The technician, Jeff, was very professional and did any excellent job!
The scheduling and notice of arrival time is excellent. I have always been pleased with the professionalism and great work done by the people that clean the carpets (and furniture).
The grout was not cleaned at the very edges, I watched as he used his long brush but he wasnt able to get about 1 inch near the walls and it is very evident. I will have to go over it myself.
The tech, Eduardo V, did a wonderful job. We were amazed on how different our 25+year old sofas looked. He cleaned our floor tile throughout the house, made it look like brand new. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

Residue on floor still cleaning up after 2 cleanings. 2 ft oil spill from truck parking in driveway. Grout not being scrubbed until I asked about it then a brush retrieved from the truck to scrub the grout. Driver appears to not have enough time to do good job. I had to return furniture after cleaning . My question to you is what do you think you should do to make this situation right. I look forward to your response. Thank you in advance
