We were very happy with the service. Francisco did a perfect job. The carpet looks very nice and clean.
They do a thorough job!
First of all, I was charged for 3 rooms, however the technician only cleaned one room. He refused to clean my 2 rugs, stating he didn’t know the content of the fabric. I am a repeat customer. He (Jeff) cleaned one room only then when I asked for him to help me replace the tables over the rug that he refused to clean he stated “it depends on how much it weighs” I am 92 years old, my daughter is 65 years old, we moved the tables ourselves prior to his arrival. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied in the lack of service I received. I will Never use your service again. I will be posting my disappointing experience on Yelp. He was here less than 30 minutes total! 😡
We like the service by the technicians. They are super professional and very knowledgeable of their products and how things work. We’ve been using them for many years and will continue to use them.

I love the crisp, clean, freshness of the carpets after they've been cleaned by ZeroRez. You pay more for this but it's worth every penny.
